To be eligible, the property must be:
- Occupied by the borrower for some portion of the year
- Restricted to one-unit dwellings
- Suitable for year-round occupancy
- Borrower must have exclusive control over the property
- Must not be rental property or a timeshare arrangement
- Cannot be subject to any agreements that give a management firm control over the occupancy of the property
- Must be located in Louisiana
Second-Home Option
- 10, 15, 20, and 30 year fixed rate options
- Required 20% downpayment
- No prepayment penalties
- Additional principal payments accepted
- Loan servicing remains with Abbeville Building & Loan, allowing you to call, pay, and contact us with any of your servicing needs
